C# documentation
I was wondering if there is a c# API and if there is, where can I download
it. I am talking about an organized grouping of all predefined classes,
methods and namespaces, with a documentation of their implementations and
functionality. Like java provides an API that is free to download at
oracle. Does C# have an equivalent? If so, where can I get it?
